1. Your listing information and photos will be sent to about 40,000 Brokers and Realtors shortly after we sign the listing agreement. This has led to multiple showings and multiple offers
2. The MLS listing for your property will have many photos and as many details as we can fit in the allowed space. The more we tell prospective buyers, the more likely we are to get appropriate prospects.
3. It is estimated that about 90% of buyers start their searches on the internet. Your property will be advertised on many sites where buyers are looking. This includes social media: FACEBOOK, TWITTER, GOOGLE+ and many other sites.
4. The more you can tell me about a property the closer we can get to a sale. What are your favorite things about the property? What did you dislike (that can help me overcome objections if prospects bring up those issues).
